WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

I will be 60 in March and I already feel so much better than I have in years. This is my first bootcamp but joined for the year after my first week as I am sleeping better and have so much more energy after work that I can take my dog for a walk instead of flopping in front of the T.V. and doing nothing. I have started watching what I eat and also when I eat which I haven,t done in years. Your age should not stop you from wanting to take care of yourself. I may not be able to do 30 of each exercise at camp but I have seen improvement each week in how many I can do. I would recommend bootcamp to All.

I am completely happy with my decision to enroll and stay enrolled in Cecily?s Boot Camp. Cecily amazes me with her ability to constantly keep the class working at a good pace, and the many ways she teaches us to work out a certain area of the body, I never get bored. She is a professional. After each class I am pleased that I made this decision and I feel stronger for it.

I just completed my first boot camp ever. I am a 55-year-old grandmother and never thought I would be doing something like this. I've been going to Curves for 3 years and thoroughly enjoy that, but my body was just stagnant from the same routine for 3 years. I registered for last month's (July) bootcamp and am I ever glad I did! I let Cecily push me to success. I lost 6" in 12 sessions and 5% body fat! I know that everyone is different; some will do more and some will do less, but I am thrilled with my results. I feel better and am looking forward to yet another camp soon!

My name is Gigi and I am 47 years old?. One day while I was getting my nails done, I saw an ad in a local magazine for Humble Area Boot Camp and thought ? ?I think I should try this?? then my next thought was ?Will this even work for me??? So, I signed up for the August 2009 camp and committed to doing this! I must say that getting up at 4:15am 3 times a week wasn?t easy for me! But, after the 1st week, it was like second nature! Folks would ask me ? what motivates you? My response ? ?the money I paid!? However, shortly after beginning, what motivated me was my new found energy and results I began to see. What impressed me about boot camp were the regular fitness tips, diet tips and healthy recipes and the fact that you are encouraged to go at your own pace. As I continued, each day, I pushed harder and got stronger. When I first started, I could not do 1 push up, on the last day; I was able to do 40 easily! After four weeks of boot camp, I lost 10 pounds and 14 inches! 4.5 inches in my waist alone! It was just what I needed to build my confidence and jump start my lifestyle change to being healthy! I have continued to work out and watch what and how much I eat. Four months later, I have lost 40 pounds and the inches are still melting away! I no longer fit into my clothes and now enjoy purchasing clothes 1 to 2 sizes smaller! The cost and early mornings was well worth it. Thanks Cecily for making camp something anyone can do! Get Up, Get Out, Get Fit and Sweat!

I am a 50 year old client of Cecily's Humble Area Adventure Bootcamp and this is my 4th camp. I don't care for      gyms and this has been the perfect workout for me.
The results from my participation have been amazing. I noticed a change in my body the first two weeks. I actually had a waist where prior I had none. My legs and arms are more defined than I ever imagined they could be. I started out being able to do no more than 1 pushup on my knees. Now I can do 25 on my toes! I enjoy parties more because I can dance as long as I want and not get tired, nor lose my balance.
I love the outdoors and the fact that this was a workout with minimal equipment was very appealing to me. This has been a perfect addition to my daily morning jogs. I thought I would try a camp for one session and then quit, but I have been so pleased with Cecily's professionalism and knowledge that I keep coming back. I am constantly impressed by her ability for providing just the right exercises to improve and strengthen the areas where she sees we are weak. Cecily always keeps you wondering what will be next. She constantly introduces new exercises along with previous ones that challenge returning campers yet allow newer campers to pace themselves.
