Cecily Holm - Humble Area Boot Camp Instructor
Cecily Holm attended The University of Houston at Clear Lake and received her degree in Exercise Science. Cecily worked as a personal trainer for ten years in various health clubs and has acquired numerous personal training certifications through the National Academy of Sports and Fitness, National Council of Strength and Fitness, I.S.S.A, and Apex. She began her own personal training business five years ago and enjoys helping women of all ages reach their physical and mental goals.
Cecily's lifestyle reflects her profession. She makes it a point to practice what she preaches by lifting weights, kick-boxing, swimming, running, and eating healthy. Cecily believes you can accomplish anything if you set your mind to it. A great day is not about waking up and going through the motions; it's about feeling energized and having the relentless attitude that you're one step closer to successfully achieving your dreams! Dr. John Spencer Ellis - Support Staff
Adventure Boot Camp was originally developed by Dr. John Spencer Ellis, who has been an innovator in the fitness industry for more than half his life. He began his life of fitness at age 12, and has continually educated himself in the areas of fitness, sports conditioning, medical advancements, education and business. John is a personal trainer, fitness consultant, trainer of personal trainers, media advisor, medical exercise specialist, mentor, life coach, and peak performance consultant. Since the late 1990s, John has operated an Adventure Boot Camp in Orange County, CA and oversees the Spencer Escape fitness retreat center in Big Bear, CA. After years of research, hundreds of hours of instruction, experimenting with various teaching methods, camp formats, and nutrition programs, the Adventure Boot Camp method emerged. This is the method you will learn.
